Order timing
We roast in batches every Tuesday and Friday. Orders placed before 12:00 EAT on those days ship the same evening — anything later goes out on the next batch.
Cold brew & RTD ships only Mon–Wed to avoid weekend storage; expect a 1–3 day longer ETA inside Africa.
Customs & duties
For orders shipped outside the East African Community, customs duties and import VAT may apply on arrival and are the recipient's responsibility. We declare every parcel accurately at its retail value — no shortcuts.
Wholesale orders ship FOB Mombasa or DDP on request — get in touch via the wholesale form.
Tracking & updates
You'll get a dispatch email with a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves the park. You can also drop your number into our order tracker any time.
